The winter blues can affect so many aspects of your life, energy levels, mood, sleep cycles, carb cravings and more! Most people who struggle with winter blues, or a more serious condition called SADS (seasonal affective disorder) go into a human version of hibernation. They don’t want to see their friends, feel the need to sleep too much and lose interest in the things that normally bring them joy.
